Hon. Ugochukwu Nwaokoro is a historic public administrator, international governance expert, and seasoned civic leader who serves as the Chairman of the United States Chapter of the Nigerian Democratic Congress (NDC). A Political Science graduate of Rutgers University, he etched his name into American municipal history by becoming the first African-born Deputy Mayor in the entire United States of America, serving the City of Newark, New Jersey. Hon.
